I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and Vermont, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and an EMDR trained therapist. I work primarily with women who are moving through big life transitions and are trying to figure out who they are on the other side of those changes.
Many of my clients are young adults navigating college or the shift into adulthood, first time or pregnant moms adjusting to a new identity, women rebuilding after separation or divorce, or women in midlife who are considering a career change. Often, these seasons stir up old wounds from childhood, relational, or sexual trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, and patterns in relationships that no longer feel sustainable.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from evidence based therapies, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you make sense of your experiences, understand your emotions, and build practical tools you can use in daily life. Together, we make space for both your history and your hopes for the future.
I offer a culturally sensitive, affirming space where all parts of your identity are welcomed. I especially value working with women of color who have been taught to stay strong, minimize their pain, and keep going no matter what. My goal is to provide a place where you do not have to hold it all alone as you move into the next chapter of your life.
